We have made several technical and usability improvements. These enhancements have been carefully designed and tested to improve our platform's overall performance, reliability, and user experience.

If you're using the Crosscheck integration, you now have the option to activate Check Guarantee, which is especially helpful for managing disputes. After capturing payment on the Virtual Terminal, you can print a Crosscheck receipt for the customer to sign, ensuring you have a signed hard copy for your records.

For merchants using physical terminals, we've added the ability to perform voids and refunds for any transaction completed on the terminal directly from the 'Payments' screen in the Strictly platform. After processing a payment on the physical terminal, simply log in to the Strictly platform, go to the 'Payments' screen, locate the transaction, click the ellipsis menu on the right, and select 'Void' or 'Refund'.

Some merchants require late settlement batching due to their business needs. We've added the option to configure this during merchant setup. For adjustments, please contact your agent.

We have introduced a new payment method: Paper Check. This allows you to capture check payments within your platform by entering the required information, making it easier to reconcile all your payments in one place. More payment methods are coming soon. If you need to activate this feature, please contact your agent.

For merchants using custom fields, you now have the option to filter payments using these fields. In the top-right corner of the payments screen, click on "More Actions" > "Customize View." From there, you can display the custom fields column and include them in the search filter.

We have introduced the ability to capture cash payments on our platform to address various business needs. This feature enables you to log your cash payments for improved reconciliation. Additionally, we offer integration with DTS Connex to manage cash deposits if you use their services. To learn more and activate these features, please contact your agent.

After completing a payment, you now have the option to print either the customer's receipt or the merchant's receipt. This action can be performed immediately after completing the payment or from the Payments screen using the ellipsis menu located to the right of each record.

Under the Reports tab, we have added a new option to the Transactions Snapshot. You can now generate reports based on the payment method used when creating the payment.

We are introducing a new way to view your Items. On a side panel, you will see much better-structured details. Also, you can keep track of all the events happening using the new “Recent Activity” section.

We have added the ability to record cash payments as a new payment method.

You will notice new columns on the Payments screen that display the Taxes and Total Amount of each payment, making it easier to understand. Remember, you can show or hide columns using the "Customize View" option under "More Actions" at the top of the screen. Additionally, several adjustments have been made to the View Payments feature to align with this new update.

You can now modify an existing subscription. If for some reason you need to adjust the schedule, amount, customer, or any other information, you can do so by clicking the "Edit" button. The system will prompt you to review and confirm these changes, which will take effect instantly.

If you encounter communication or connection errors while collecting payments using a POS terminal, the payment may not be reflected on your Strictly platform. Now, you can easily import those transactions by clicking the “More Actions'' button located on the top-right of the Payments page and selecting “Synchronize Payments”. The transaction(s) will be imported after a few minutes. In the case that you don't realize you have a missing transaction, we'll automatically run the same process for you at night, so all transactions will be available on the platform the next day.

We have included new data on the "View Payment" panel. In the "Customer" section, users can now view the "Billing Zip Code" associated with the payment. Additionally, for payments made in states that do not allow surcharge, this information is also clearly displayed.

We have made improvements to our payment processing system to better protect our customers transactions against fraudulent activity. Starting today, when a customer makes a payment on our platform, we will be displaying the Card Verification Value (CVV) and Address Verification Service (AVS) response provided by our payment processor. The CVV is a three-digit code found on the back of a credit or debit card that confirms the customer has the physical card in their possession. The AVS compares the billing address provided by the customer during the transaction to the address on file with the issuing bank. This helps to confirm that the person making the purchase is the legitimate cardholder.

You can now add "Custom Terms" to your guest-facing pages, in addition to the Strictly Terms and Conditions. This means that you can create a custom section with your own terms and conditions, where you can modify the title and the copy, and make it required or not for guests to accept before proceeding with the final action on the page. To activate this feature, simply go to the "Merchant Settings" section in the side navigation, and select "Guest-Facing Pages."

We are pleased to announce that we have made significant enhancements to improve your experience with the Deposits Report, Daily Report Email, Monthly Settlement Report Email, and Amex ESA Report (if applicable). Our team has incorporated new data points and re-designed the layout to provide you with a better understanding of the values presented. You will notice a link to a survey (Strictly Daily Report Email) on the “Daily Report Email”. We would like to know your opinion on these new changes.

If you are using ACH, you now have the option to execute partial refunds.

We have added new filters to the “Payments” screen. You can filter now by “Card Type” and for the “Last Four Digits”.

We want to make it easier for you to manage your transactions and refunds. If you made a transaction on a specific date and then requested a refund on a different date, you can now easily locate the refund by using the filter on the screen and filtering by transaction date. This feature will allow you to quickly locate the refund and view its details.

- We have included new options to customize your Payments screen. You now have the option to display the column “Company” and the “External Identifier” from the customer who made the payment.
- You can also filter by Company and External Identifier on the Payments screen. To access this feature, go to your “Payments” screen, and click the “More Options” button located on the top-right of the screen. Then select “Customize View” You will find all the options there.
- We have included the ability to save a card on file (customers' vault) by just checking the box on "Save to Customer Vault for future transactions" from Virtual Terminal. All credit card account details are SAFELY and SECURELY saved. For credit cards, the next transaction will be a lot easier and faster.

- A while back we added the ability to create recurring payments with a custom schedule. We are now releasing a follow-up feature to allow for the update of such a schedule at any time, even after some payments have been made.

What’s new?
- We have added the
/acknowledgment
endpoint to our API, providing a safe source with industry-compliant wording on surcharge. - We have exposed the schedule/re-payment endpoint to the API. This will allow you to try and pay manually any failed subscriptions.
- As part of our rebranding, we moved the API content to the subdomain api.strictly.com.
- We have removed the required validation for phone numbers in the Customer Vault, in order to make the system more flexible.
- You have now the ability to apply a discount to a payment based on permissions. This feature will give you finer control over who in your company is allowed to discount a sale.

- We have made several UI improvements on the platform, including legibility and readability of all texts, colors to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other minor changes.
- To include more accurate data, from now and on you will be receiving the “Daily Batch Report” email in the afternoon.
