Merchant Settings

In this section you can find all the available options to configure your account.


Account Information

Check all the general details of your account and modify certain information. If you require to change any of the disabled inputs, please contact Strictly support.

  1. Visit the Merchant Settings page and select Account Information.
  2. Update your information (website, timezone, contact details and address).
  3. Click the Save Changes button located on the top-right of the page.

Branding

Manage your client facing site styles, colors, and logos. Updating your branding is very important since this is reflected in all the communications that you have with your clients.

  1. Visit the Merchant Settings page and select Branding.
  2. To upload your logo, click the Change button on the first input. This will open your local files where you can select the right asset.
  3. Update your colors by entering the HEX code of the color on each input.
  4. Click the Save Changes button located on the top-right of the page.

Security Keys

A security key allows a user to connect to the API, together with the user credentials. On this page you can view, create, remove and copy your security keys.Note that once the security key is created it cannot be edited. Just remove it and create a new one.

Create a Security Key

  1. Visit the Merchant Settings page and select Security Keys.
  2. Click the New Security Key button located on the top-right of the page.
  3. Enter the Name of the security key, and select the User associated.
  4. Click Create.
  5. You will be able to see your newly generated key on the list.

Remove a Security Key

  1. Visit the Merchant Settings page and select Security Keys.
  2. On the list, click the ellipsis button located on the right of the row and click Remove.
  3. Click Confirm to complete the action.

Webhooks

Webhooks are a way for software applications to send automated messages or information to other applications. Note that Webhooks in Strictly are sent using POST and success status code should be 200. For more information, please visit our Help Center.

  1. Visit the Merchant Settings page and select Webhooks.
  2. Switch the toggle to activate or deactivate the webhooks configurations.
  3. Fill out the information on each field and select the events to redirect to the webhook. NOTE: The events could be: Sale, Auth, Capture, Void, Refund, Invoice Paid, Payment Link Paid, and Subscription Paid.
  4. If there is any authentication needed, add the details on the Authentication section.
  5. Click the Save Changes button located on the top-right of the page.

Taxes

Create a Tax

  1. Visit Merchant Settings > Taxes.
  2. Click the New Tax button located on the right-top of the page.
  3. Fill out the information: a name for your tax and the percentage you want to charge.
  4. Click the button Confirm.

Edit, Duplicate or Delete Taxes

  1. Visit Merchant Settings > Taxes.
  2. Click the Ellipsis button located on the right of each row.
  3. Select the option that best applies to your needs.
